Time and time again people ask me what it is we do. I think people sometimes struggle to understand what we offer because it is an abstract idea; though not a completely new one. This is a metaphor to help people understand how we investigate and solve problems in your business.

I recently attended the 3-day Tableau Conference held in San Diego. The conference was filled with different sessions, meet-ups, and hands-on labs. There was so much to see and that there was no possible way that one person could have attended everything, and I was no exception.

Sometimes the worst advice is the best advice!
My first project in my working life was challenging, and I solved it when no one else assigned to it could. At the time, I thought the advice was horrible! Fast forward ten years, and this is still the best advice anyone has ever given me! I took a seemingly impossible task and created a solution where with the click of a button, it would get the job done. This practice of making the solution easy for the end-user is now the foundational framework for how I operate.
