Most of our services include some level of coaching and mentoring to ensure projects are closed and handed over properly. Our Systems Model
For smaller companies who don’t have a data analytics team, we can help by working within our system. Clients send us their data and leverage our analytic skills, tools and portfolio; hiring us to do their analysis for them. We work within our system to generate reports regularly as new data becomes available.

Client Systems Model
For companies with a data analytics team, we offer a service where we operate exclusively within the client’s network and with their resources. Clients are required to purchase software licenses and the necessary servers to publish reports across the organization. We provide advice on what virtual machines would be most suitable for the client’s current needs, while still bearing in mind the objectives for the future. Throughout the process, we offer education and training for your data analysts on how to build and replicate systems to optimize the analysis of your data.

Hybrid Model
For companies who don’t fit into either of these models, we offer a hybrid service. Initially, we analyze the client’s data within our systems so that we can quickly generate the reports that that the business needs to function. Over time we migrate to the client’s system and train employees on how to run and operate the tools for data analysis.
